Refund and Returns Policy

All purchases at Anchored Presence are non-refundable. No exceptions.

By completing your purchase you confirm you meet the requirements for the offering and agree to these terms. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances including but not limited to change of mind, failure to attend, or dissatisfaction with the session.

Sessions: Sessions are delivered online via Zoom. If you are more than 15 minutes late to a scheduled session the session window closes and the session is forfeited without refund.

Cancellation: Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will forfeit the session fee. For full details see our Cancellation Policy at anchoredpresence.com/cancellation-policy

Postponement: Anchored Presence reserves the right to postpone or reschedule sessions in the event of illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. Clients will be notified as soon as possible and offered an alternative time.

Inner Circle Membership: Monthly membership may be cancelled at any time by contacting anker@anchoredpresence.com. No partial refunds will be issued for unused membership periods.
