CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Notice All sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at anker@anchoredpresence.com.
Late Cancellations Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will forfeit the session fee. No refund or credit will be issued.
Late Arrivals If a client is more than 15 minutes late to a scheduled session, the session is considered forfeited. No refund or rescheduling will be offered.
Inner Circle Membership Cancellation Inner Circle monthly membership may be cancelled at any time by contacting anker@anchoredpresence.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused membership time.
Exceptional Circumstances Anchored Presence understands that life happens. In exceptional circumstances, we may at our sole discretion offer a credit towards a future session. This is not a guarantee.
Anchored Presence Right to Cancel Anchored Presence reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a session at any time. In such cases, the client will be offered a full reschedule at no extra cost. Anchored Presence also reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services to any client at its sole discretion. In the event of termination by Anchored Presence, any unused prepaid session fees will be refunded.
